Luvvfy for AI apps

Use Luvvfy from Claude and ChatGPT

Connect Luvvfy to Claude or ChatGPT and ask about your coaching the way you'd ask an assistant — who's booked this week, who still owes you, or book a session for you. Before any change to your schedule, the app shows you a summary and waits for you to confirm. Anyone can also use it to find coaches and read public profiles, without signing in.

Add Luvvfy to your AI app

For now, add it with the address above (as a custom connector). Once Luvvfy is listed in the Claude and ChatGPT connector directories, you can search for Luvvfy there and add it in one step.

Add it in Claude

  1. 1.In Claude, open Customize › Connectors
  2. 2.Choose Add custom connector
  3. 3.Name it Luvvfy, paste https://luvvfy.com/mcp, then Add
  4. 4.The first time you ask about your own work, Claude takes you to sign in to Luvvfy — sign in with your coach account, then Allow

Menus and what each plan allows can change — Anthropic's help pages have the current steps · in Claude Code: claude mcp add --transport http luvvfy https://luvvfy.com/mcp

Add it in ChatGPT

  1. 1.Turn on developer mode in ChatGPT's settings
  2. 2.Go to apps and connectors and create your own MCP connector
  3. 3.Name it Luvvfy and paste https://luvvfy.com/mcp
  4. 4.Coaches choose OAuth sign-in · to only find coaches, choose no sign-in — then create it

Developer mode is available on some paid ChatGPT plans, and menu names can change — OpenAI's help pages have the current steps.

Steps as of October 2026

Signing in the first time

  1. 1.Ask your AI app about your work, for example “Who am I seeing this week?”
  2. 2.It takes you to Luvvfy's sign-in — sign in with your coach account
  3. 3.The permission page tells you which app is asking to connect, and what it will and won't see — check it, then Allow

For now it works with Claude, ChatGPT and apps on your own computer (such as Claude Code); other AI apps can't connect yet.

What an AI app can do

The connector has 14 tools. The app picks the right one for what you ask.

For everyone · no sign-in

  • find_coachesSearch the public directory of coaches by sport, area or teaching language
  • get_coach_profileRead one coach's public profile

For coaches · reading

  • get_scheduleSee your schedule, up to 31 days at a time, with each appointment's state and whether it is 1:1 or a group class (a class shows counts, never names)
  • list_traineesSee your trainees, their group, next booking and sessions left
  • list_unpaidSee who hasn't paid yet: ended sessions with nothing received (someone new is only marked as new), group class payers not yet received at each person's own price, and older debts — with amounts and dates
  • find_free_timesFind free slots in your working hours
  • list_plansSee your plan library, and the plan a trainee used last time
  • get_training_historySee one trainee's training history: exercises done, intensity and the stars they gave — group classes they came to included, linked to the class's shared summary

For coaches · changing the schedule, confirmed by you every time

  • prepare_bookingPrepare new appointments (up to 12) or blocked time and show you a summary — nothing is saved yet
  • confirm_bookingBook exactly what the summary showed, after you confirm
  • prepare_movePrepare moving an appointment that hasn't started and show you a summary — nothing is saved yet
  • confirm_moveMove it exactly as the summary showed, after you confirm
  • prepare_cancelPrepare cancelling an appointment that hasn't started and show you a summary — nothing is saved yet
  • confirm_cancelCancel it exactly as the summary showed, after you confirm

What an AI app sees

Anyone, without signing in

  • The coaches who made their profile public and are listed in Luvvfy's directory
  • What a public profile already shows: name, introduction, sports, area, languages, who they teach, whether they take new trainees, proof numbers, how they coach, open times (if the coach shows them), packages (a price only where the coach shows it) and certificates
  • Each number says whether Luvvfy verified it or the coach entered it

Once a coach signs in and allows it, the app sees that coach's own data

  • Your schedule
  • Your trainees and their labels
  • Packages and sessions left
  • Unpaid amounts
  • Training history: exercises done, intensity and the stars trainees gave
  • Your plan library and working hours

What an AI app never sees

  • Health information
  • Your private notes
  • What your trainees write
  • Trainees' phone numbers and emails
  • Appointment places
  • Photos
  • A coach's phone number, email or chat IDs (people contact a coach through the profile link)
  • Profiles a coach hasn't made public

The app asks you before it books, moves or cancels

  1. 1.Tell the app who to book, which days and times (up to 12 at once), or which appointment to move or cancel
  2. 2.It prepares a summary first: the trainee, each date and time, the plan, the package and what's left, and whether each slot is free, clashes with someone, or is outside your working hours — nothing is saved yet
  3. 3.Only when you confirm does it save exactly that summary. If a slot was taken in the meantime it tells you which, and books the rest
  4. 4.Appointments made through an AI app carry a “via Claude” or “via ChatGPT” tag in your schedule and on the trainee's timeline

It can't: book in the past · move or cancel an appointment that has started, been checked in or been recapped · book someone new · set a place · check anyone in, sell a package or take money · edit what's inside a plan · message a trainee

The app can change your schedule only while “Let it manage appointments” is on. The switch starts on at the permission page — turn it off there, or later in Settings › Connected apps. With it off, the app can only read.

If the plan of an appointment booked through the app has an exercise that conflicts with a limitation on the trainee's form, the appointment is still booked. The app only gets “1 warning — open it in Luvvfy before the session” and never learns what it is. In Luvvfy that appointment reads “Warning · not seen yet” until you open it, and check-in shows it first.

Disconnecting

  1. 1.In Luvvfy, go to Settings › Connected apps and choose Disconnect — the app loses access at once
  2. 2.You can also remove the connector from Claude or ChatGPT on that app's connectors page

We keep a log for 90 days of which tool an app used and when, without keeping what was sent.

What the app receives is processed by its provider (Anthropic or OpenAI) under their own terms, possibly outside Thailand.

Try asking (for coaches)

  • “Who am I seeing this week?”
  • “Which trainees have no next booking?”
  • “Whose package is about to run out?”
  • “When am I free tomorrow?”
  • “Book Ploy every Tuesday at 18:00 for four weeks, same plan as last time”
  • “Move Ann's Friday session to Saturday at 10:00”
  • “What has Ploy trained in the last 8 weeks?”

Try asking (finding a coach)

  • “Find a tennis coach near Ari who teaches kids”
  • “Is there a fitness coach who teaches in English?”
  • “Tell me about the first coach — are they taking new trainees?”
