Luvvfy is a tool that helps independent coaches schedule, record training, and keep their money records. We provide the tool; we are not a party to the agreement between you and your trainees, and we do not handle money between you and them.
You are responsible for the information you enter and for the security of how you sign in — your Google account or your password. One account per coach. Do not use the system for anything unlawful or that infringes others' rights.
Your trainees pay you directly, outside the app — cash or transfer. We do not collect it for you, take a fee from it, or take part in what you agree on price. The app records it. Every financial row is immutable; corrections are made with reversal rows.
You are the controller of your trainees' data; we process it on your instructions. You must obtain consent as PDPA requires before collecting health information.
The Pro plan is charged to the coach only. Every new account gets the Pro plan free for 60 days, nothing is charged automatically, and the paid year starts when the free trial ends. Monthly: cancel at any time; the plan runs to the end of the paid month, which is not refunded. Yearly: a full refund within 30 days of the first purchase, once per account. Renewals: refundable within 14 days of the charge, and we email a reminder 7 days before a renewal. A refunded account returns to Free with all of its data kept.
You may stop at any time. We keep financial records for the period accounting law requires, even after you request account deletion.
