For people who use AI apps

Find a Luvvfy coach from Claude or ChatGPT

The Luvvfy connector lets an AI app search our public directory of coaches and read a coach's public profile — the same information anyone can see on luvvfy.com/coaches and luvvfy.com/c/…. It is read-only, and this part needs no sign-in.

Connector URL

https://luvvfy.com/mcp

Add it in Claude

  1. 1.In Claude, open Customize › Connectors
  2. 2.Choose Add custom connector
  3. 3.Name it Luvvfy and paste https://luvvfy.com/mcp
  4. 4.Choose no sign-in, then Add

The Free plan can add one custom connector · on Team and Enterprise an owner adds it under Organization settings › Connectors · in Claude Code: claude mcp add --transport http luvvfy https://luvvfy.com/mcp

Add it in ChatGPT

  1. 1.Turn on developer mode in ChatGPT's settings
  2. 2.Go to apps and connectors and create your own MCP connector
  3. 3.Name it Luvvfy and paste https://luvvfy.com/mcp
  4. 4.Choose no sign-in, confirm, and create it

Developer mode is available on some paid ChatGPT plans, and menu names can change — OpenAI's help pages have the current steps.

Steps as of October 2026

What the connector can see

  • The coaches who have opened a public profile and are listed in Luvvfy's coach directory
  • What a coach's public profile already shows: name, introduction, sports, area, languages, who they teach, whether they take new trainees, proof numbers, how they coach, open hours (if the coach shows them), packages (a price only where the coach shows it) and certificates
  • Each number says whether Luvvfy verified it or the coach entered it

What it cannot see

  • A coach's phone number, email or chat app IDs — people contact the coach through the profile link
  • Anything about trainees, health information, appointment places and photos
  • Profiles a coach has not made public

Questions to try

  • “Find a tennis coach near Ari who teaches kids”
  • “Is there a fitness coach who teaches in English?”
  • “Tell me about the first coach — are they taking new trainees?”

For coaches: ask about your own work

If you coach on Luvvfy, the same connector can answer questions about your own work — your schedule, your trainees, unpaid amounts, your free time and training history — and, if you allow it, book appointments for you. You don't need a new connector: the first time you ask, the app takes you to sign in to Luvvfy and asks you to allow it.

What the app can read once you allow it

  • Your schedule
  • Your trainees and their labels
  • Packages and sessions left
  • Unpaid amounts
  • Training history: exercises done, intensity and the stars trainees gave
  • Your plan library and working hours

What it can never read

  • Health information
  • Your private notes
  • What your trainees write
  • Phone numbers and emails
  • Appointment places
  • Photos

Signing in and allowing

  1. 1.Ask your AI app about your work, for example “Who am I seeing this week?”
  2. 2.It takes you to Luvvfy's sign-in — sign in with your coach account
  3. 3.The permission page names the app, what it will and won't see, and where you go back to — check it, then Allow
  4. 4.The switch “Let it manage appointments” starts on — turn it off right there, or later in Settings › Connected apps. Off, the app can only read

For now only Claude, ChatGPT and apps on your own computer (such as Claude Code) can connect — an app not on this list is refused at the first step.

Book, move and cancel from your AI app

  1. 1.Tell the app who to book, which days and times (up to 12 at once), or which appointment to move or cancel
  2. 2.It shows you the change first: the trainee, each date and time, the plan, the package and sessions left, and whether each slot is free, clashes with someone, or is outside your working hours. Nothing is saved yet
  3. 3.You confirm, and the app saves exactly that. If a slot was taken in the meantime, it tells you which one and books the rest
  4. 4.Appointments made through an AI app carry a “via Claude” or “via ChatGPT” label on your schedule and in the trainee's timeline

It can't book in the past · move or cancel a session that has started, is checked in or is recapped · book guests · set a place · check in, sell packages or take payments · change what's inside a plan

If a plan on a session it books has an exercise that conflicts with a limitation on the trainee's form, the session is still booked. The app only hears “1 warning — open it in Luvvfy before the session”, never what it is. In Luvvfy the session reads “Warning · not seen yet” until you mark it seen, and check-in shows the warning first.

What it receives is processed by that app's provider (Anthropic or OpenAI) under its own terms, possibly outside Thailand.

Disconnect any time in Settings › Connected apps — the app can't read anything from that moment. We keep a log of which tool an app called and when (never what was sent) for 90 days.

Questions to try

  • “Who am I seeing this week?”
  • “Which trainees don't have a next session booked?”
  • “Who owes me money?”
  • “When am I free tomorrow?”
  • “Book Ploy every Tuesday at 18:00 for four weeks, same plan as last time”
  • “Move Ann's Friday session to Saturday at 10”
  • “What has Ploy trained in the last 8 weeks?”
